Affirm Your Abundance (AYA) Coaching Programs & Events:

Thank you for your interest in Affirm Your Abundance (AYA) coaching programs and/or events. We are excited to collaborate with you on your journey to success. Please review our terms of service, privacy policy, and return policy. Submit your payment to AYA in order to schedule your first coaching session or event participation.

In the AYA coaching program, you will receive one-hour coaching calls weekly, along with required coursework to be completed before each upcoming session. These are complemented by guided meditations, breathing techniques, and other tools designed to help you connect deeply with your inner power.

Terms of Service:

Choosing a coaching program or event is an investment in yourself. Your coach accepts responsibility for maintaining a professional code of ethics while supporting you to achieve your desired outcomes. This includes holding you accountable, being punctual, and ensuring availability during scheduled sessions or event times. However, by committing to this service, you are also accepting full responsibility for your actions and decisions. We recommend being open to new practices and communication as part of your growth process.

All coaching sessions and event registrations must be scheduled in advance. AYA allows a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes without prior communication, the session will be canceled. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or event, please notify your coach or event organizer at least 24 hours in advance. Unrescheduled sessions will be forfeited. You are responsible for rescheduling through the appropriate communication channels (phone, scheduling site, or email).

Both coaching programs and event participation are sold as complete packages and cannot be altered or partially completed. If you choose to withdraw or fail to attend scheduled sessions or events, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued unless recommended by the AYA team. Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations are deemed received when the AYA Team acknowledges them.

Please note that AYA coaching programs and events are not substitutes for therapy. Our partnership aims to inspire you to maximize your potential, but it does not treat mental health disorders or medical conditions.

Privacy Policy:

We are committed to maintaining your confidentiality. Your coach will not share any personal information without your consent. This space is designed to be safe and supportive for you. While you are welcome to share your experiences, please do not distribute our proprietary meditations, breathing techniques, or worksheets, as doing so could result in termination of your program or event participation.

Return Policy:

There are no returns, credits, or transfers on coaching services or event participation provided by Tiffany Roldan-Howell or any Affirm Your Abundance team member. The free 15-minute abundance call serves as a preview of our services, and any future commitments are based on your decision to move forward. Therefore, you are accountable for completing all coursework and attending sessions unless otherwise communicated with the AYA team.

Limited Liability:

Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. The Coach will not be liable for consequential or special damages. The Coach’s entire liability, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, is limited to the amount paid by the Client for services rendered up until the termination date.

Webinars/Live Seminars:

Webinars and live seminars hosted by AYA are not to be recorded, redistributed, or shared without prior written approval from Affirm Your Abundance’s legal team. Any recording of sessions, whether audio or visual, is strictly prohibited unless otherwise authorized.

Media Release:

By attending AYA events, you consent to the recording of your likeness, voice, and/or image. Any photos or videos taken during events may be used for marketing materials, including but not limited to promotional videos, social media, and the website. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify the event organizer in advance.

Weather-Related Rescheduling/ Cancelations:

For in-person events, attendee safety is our priority. If severe weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, public health emergencies) require rescheduling, AYA will notify participants as soon as possible. Events may be postponed, moved online, or credited toward a future event of equal value. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations unless explicitly stated by AYA. Attendees are responsible for checking email updates regarding event changes.
